Pang is a Hong Kong based recruiter of 17 years specialising in mid to executive level searches across a diverse range of industry sectors including, life sciences, construction and engineering, technology, sales, and marketing, and industrial.
He founded his own hybrid rec2rec business in 2014 where he has successfully delivered leadership level searches across Asia Pacific for boutique specialists to publicly listed multi-billion organisations.
He has worked in companies such as Bo Le Associates and RGF Executive Search.

Simon Childs is a Tokyo-based Board Advisor, HR M&A specialist, RPO Operator, and HR Tech Angel Investor. With over 20 years of experience in recruitment, he has built, sold, bought and facilitated management buy-outs, worth approximately USD 100M, across Asia.
Simon co-founded CDS, an executive search firm in Tokyo, which he sold to Recruit Holdings in 2007. Simon has also been an Advisor to the Board of Recruit's Permanent Recruitment Businesses in Asia from 2013 to 2020. He has received numerous awards, including the Asia Hall of Fame award from Recruitment International. Simon is involved in several HR Tech start-ups and is a senior advisor to Reccelerate.
He is also a regional advisor for Asia at RE and the Managing Partner for Recruitment Transactions International.

Annil began his career as a graduate trainee at Computer Futures, progressing to become the London Contracts Manager and managing a team of 40 recruiters while specializing in SAP.
He was then headhunted by a boutique SAP recruitment company to launch in Houston, Texas and later in Dubai.
Annil later joined Best People to launch their global ERP practice and eventually started his own recruitment company which he sold in 2009.
He then returned to SThree to launch their India business and later joined K2 Partnering as part of the SLT, where he launched India and helped scale their EMEAPAC business. Annil opened and delivered an account generating US$10m in revenue and $3.5m in NFI and also got involved in outsourcing services.
